iPhone 5 & Outlook 2010 Syncing

Have iPhone 5. Downloaded iCould app for outlook to sync outlook calander, contacts and notes to iphone5. Love the ideo of teh cloud but it only supports the calander and contacts and not the notes. So I want to kill the icloud on my computer and do all the syncing with itunes as I undersatdn it will sncy all 3. HOWEVER when I installed the icloud on my PC for ouklook it created ciloud calander and contacts separate 'folders' and moved al teh information from the original main fodler to these. Does anyone know how to move all the information BACK to the main folder so I can then uninstall iclould. Have been searching various sources and cannot find. THanks if anyone can help.
