I Just Bought An Apple Key Board Today, It Is Second Hand, Turns On Fine And Everything, But My Windows Computer Dosent Seem To Pick It Up?

The Keyboard Is Bluetooth, I Cant Seem To Find The Bluetooth Menu In My Control Panel?😕...
