Apple headphones with iPhone.

The allways dont word after 2- 3 months, one of the earphones, usually the left earplugs sound is much weaker than the right one. I have visited the apple shop and told them about it and they give me an new set of earphones, I have done this 3 times. I have to either get my money back or get a new set.
