Does your new Windows 8 PC have any trouble finding other Wi-Fi networks, just not the one provided by your AirPort Express? If so, what is the current settings for your Express? That is, what is its Radio Mode & Wireless Security options set to? Do any of your other wireless devices have any issues connecting to the Express?
