Nov 11, 2012 11:03 AM in response to ScooterGirl80by pvonk,If you already have another icloud account, and want to set it up on a device, then go to Settings>icloud, scroll to bottom of screen and tap Delete Account. This only disconnects the device from that account, no data is lost on icloud. Then enter the account ID that you want to use.

Sep 24, 2013 7:39 PM in response to pvonkby Sunshine0311,I'm having the same problem on my iphone 5 iOS7, and the ability to delete your account now requires you to enter the password for your apple ID account. And my ID is defaulted to an email account that no longer exists.

Sep 24, 2013 8:11 PM in response to Sunshine0311by Sunshine0311,I figured out a workaround-You do not have to verify your email address to delete your icloud on you iphone 5 w/iOS7.
Browser- changed ID back to the bad email address
iphone-delete iCloud, verify with bad email address
Browser- changed ID to good email address
iphone-Re-Establish Cloud account with the good ID
