If you didn't have Find My Phone setup/activated BEFORE you lost your phone, there is NO WAY to locate it now & no one can help you locate it. If you had Find My Phone setup/activated, login to iCloud.com from any computer & tap "Find My Phone".

Otherwise, change all of your passwords, & report the loss to your carrier, insurance company & police.

Apple cannot/will not help you, nor will your carrier. Some carriers offer blacklisting. If yours does, they will blacklist the phone at your request.
