how do i complain to apple about a multifunctional with my divice

i recently updated my i phone to the new ios settings it deleated my photos contacts and my apps when i finaly got my apps back and started getting my numbers back i plughed it into my computer to sink it up so it couldnot happen again then it did the whole update again and now when i try to go on my music it gose crazy and wont stop paying random tracks and dousnt give off any sound and i want to know why??????
