earbuds don't stay in my ears, loose

The earphone supplied with the iPhone5 is great. However the earbuds are not compatible with my ears. They don't stay in. I am not unique. I know some people who have the same problem. Under the circumstances the earphones supplied are useless. Can Apple accomodate the many people whose ears are not compatible with the earbuds supplied?
