i have notes application fo my iphone 5 also on for icloud where does it appear

I use iphone 5 along with Microsoft Outlook

I installed Notes application on ipnone and want to know when it syncs with icloud where does it show up

I need application that i can put notes whether in outlook or phone and they sync.

any ideas

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.1
