why cant i find the apps im looking for on my macbook ? my ihpone finds them tho

Two different app stores with apps for two different operating systems. The Mac App Store (MAS) on your Mac has apps for Macs, they don't run on an iPhone. The iTunes App Store on your iPhone has apps for iOS devices, they won't run on your Mac.
