Why Isnt My Facetime Connecting On My 4s ?

It Just Rings But Never Connects It Was Working A Couple Minutes Earlier And Now All Of A Sudden Its Not Allowing Any Incoming Facetime Calls To Come In And It Wont Connect , Any Help ?
