iPhone 5 Bluetooth Pairing with PC (Windows 7)

How do I connect my iPhone5 to the Bluetooth on my PC? It says paired successfully, but then fails to download the necessary drivers.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.1

The iPhone doesn't connect to computers by BlueTooth. BlueTooth is only for headphones and such.
