Emailing My Notes in an iBook that I have created "All Chapters" takes chapter 1

I've created an iBook and have previewed it on my iPad. When I create highlighted notes in the iBook on my iPad and then go to email them to myself as a test, "All Chapters" automatically gets labeled Chapter 1 in the email subject line. All remaining chapters get numbered accordingly (chapter 1 is labeled chapter 2, chapter 2 is labeled chapter 3, etc.). Has anyone else encountered this and come up with a fix? Thanks.
