My verizon iPhone 5 is missing the "call forwarding" option. When I go to settings -> phone, it is not there. Is anyone else having this issue?

So Verizon clearly stated that your plan had Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, and Caller ID turned on? If so, then try doing a reset on your phone - hold down both the Home button and the Sleep button until the Silver Apple appears (ignore the red slider).

Once the home or lock screen displays again, check your settings to see if your options are showing now.

You can also try Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings

Cheers,

Looks like the option to enable and disable Call Forwarding with Verizon is not included with the iPhone. You need to enable/disable the option the old fashioned way.

The same for Call Waiting with Verizon and the iPhone.
