I locked myself out of my iPad and it says to connect to iTunes, however iTunes says I need to enter the password on my iPad to use it, what do I do?

Im locked out and its says I need to enter my password (which I do not remember) on my iPad, but my iPad says connect to iTunes because it is disabled.

iPad 2, iOS 6

You will need to restore the ipad via itunes on a computer


If its the computer you last sycned with, then you should be able to save all your data

If you haven't syced with computer before, then you will have to force the restore and will lose alll data on ipad:
