Pages and HP office jet pro won't print full 14 inch page

I just bought a new HPofficejet Pro 8600 Plus. I have a legal document I need to print. It will not print more than 13 inches, dispite the HP manaul that says it will print to margins of 0.13. Any help on this? It is just not compatable with Pages?
