restrict access to network drives when guest connects to server

I have two external drives connected to my MBA.

When a user connects to my computer using the "Connect to Server" feature - I want them to have access only to the Public folder, but for some reason they can mount the external drives.

I don't want them to have this ability.

Any help appreciated.
