Receiving texts that arent mine?

I would bet they aren't texts per se but rather iMessages directed to your daughter's phone because you share the same AppleID.

To fix this, go to Settings->Messages->Send & Receive and make sure you only have the addresses relevant to your device selected.

You are set up on the same apple id and using the same email in messages, Go to settings, messages, send and recieve, and uncheck your email on her phone, and make sure she has a different email checked under start and recieve. Also its best for her to get her own apple id unless you want to share apps and all.
