menu bar acting funny

Hello,

I recently had this problem happen to me. I restarted my MBP 13" 2010 today and on the menu bar (on the right). I am currently running 10.8.2. The strange thing is on the right I have the notification center button and then the dropbox button (3rd party obviously). Then every once and a while the spotlight button will be intermittent or it will be there and then it's gone. Also time, date, wifi, battery all gone. I went into system preferecnes and tried to turn them back on. They are checked on but no luck. Any help would be appreciated. My MBP is just overall acting funny.
