When I submit my podcast to itunes store. An unknown error occurred (11111)

We could not complete your iTunes store request. An unknown error occurred (11111). Is there still a problem with iTunes store?

Your feed is fine. There is currrently a problem with submissions at the Store: Apple are aware and are working on it, so I'm afraid all you can do is try from time to time to see whether it's been resolved.
