Log & Transfer not working

I'm trying to log and transfer some avchd clips from my canon vixia hf20. it has been working fine until now. it started giving me a warning about how i had unsupported media, so i copied the whole file directory to my computer, cleared the SD card, and then took a short test clip with it. then i copied the mts files into the new "stream" folder that was created when i recorded the test clip. log and transfer works now but it only shows that one clip, not all the ones i copied. i really need help, please let me know if you can help me.
