Q: Is it to much 220 Volts for Mac?

I want donate my 17" late 2006 Mac to my friend in Germany and I'm not sure if their 220Voltage wouldn't harm my old machine.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

Hello, most Macs have an Auto-switching Power Supply, And yours does, though theyll need an AC adapter likely...
