Tunein Radio Recordings are not playing when Cellular data is set to off

Tunein Radio Recordings are not playing when Cellular data is set to off and Wifi is not available also. can any one assit pls?

Another issue is that when i connect iphone to my blackberry hotspot it appears connected but when i try to open any application or safari browser it returns the error that internet connection is not avaibale. i have tried connecting my laptop and friend's iphone with my BB hotspot and internet is working fine with both. can any one also help to solve this prob also..

If they are actually recordings, there is no requirement for a data connection, but it honestly sounds like they are not recordings.

As for the other issue... how are you pairing the iPhone, is it via Bluetooth or are you simply connecting to the Wi-Fi hotpsot?

I am dam sure these are recordings. I use to play these recording before while connected with car stereo and cellular data off. problem occured last 2 days only.

for the other issue. i am connecting though wifi hotspot. never tried with bluetooth.

Im having the exact same problem and its driving me nuts. The file is definitely a recording but just wont play without celular data. Can anyone out there help???
