Very unlikely.
IF you receive an account you will need to check that out with iTunes store.
Support - iTunes - Account & Billing You will normally get a receipt by eMail within 2 to 3 days and a reply within 24 hours.
IF they have no record of a purchase report it to your Credit Card security and ask for an explanation.

Was it In-Apps again? If so, no one stole the money.
Can another program that i installed for free take that money?

Obviously, you didn't really think developers would make you an app for truely free, did you? Always a catch to it...

No, at least I doubt it. A free app is a free app. The process of downloading it is free. I have not yet seen a free app with in-app features that could take money from your account though it would be wise to check your current purchases for in-app features. Indeed, since I wrote this Hackintosh has come forward with the answer.

and will the windows operating system be deleted installing Mountain Lion??
Thanks
No, it will not delete all your files - otherwise it would alert you first!
And no, it does not delete your windows os, if you mean you have a bootcamp partition with windows on it.
If it deleted everything, then not too many people would use this.
I've had no problems with the upgrade, bootcamp untouched. At one time, you used to have an option from a clean install or not, but people kept chosing the wrong thing and losing EVERYTHING, so by default you can't do a clean install without having to go through a few extra hoops now.
