App store stole my money

I paused to install the OS X Mountain Lion in MacAppStore... After a week i found that the sum of 485 euros was stolen from my credit card.. People help me what to do...

Very unlikely.


IF you receive an account you will need to check that out with iTunes store.


Support - iTunes - Account & Billing You will normally get a receipt by eMail within 2 to 3 days and a reply within 24 hours.


IF they have no record of a purchase report it to your Credit Card security and ask for an explanation.

If it deleted everything, then not too many people would use this.

I've had no problems with the upgrade, bootcamp untouched. At one time, you used to have an option from a clean install or not, but people kept chosing the wrong thing and losing EVERYTHING, so by default you can't do a clean install without having to go through a few extra hoops now.
