Nov 13, 2012 8:37 PM in response to planb77by Bruevich,Probably. I addressed in Philips support service. To me recommended to update iPod software. But... Just next day on a site Philips replaced "file below for products supporting different versions of iPod...". iPod nano disappeared from it! Though in the pregoing version of the file it there was, with the indication of version 1.3.1 software.

Nov 15, 2012 8:41 PM in response to planb77by Bruevich,Yes! I made it! The truth simply updating didn't help - iTunes ceased to see my iPod ("the device is damaged"). After several manipulations it was possible to restore and update iPod. Now all ok! The docking station began to show iPod time. Thanks for participation, Planb77. Hello from Russia!
