iPad won't send mail with attachment

My iPad wont send emails with attachments. As I use my iPad at work, this is a real problem. It is not because I don't have much data left though. Help!

What happens when you try to send an email with an attachment? Any error messages? If so, what is the exact wording of the error message? How large are the attachments?

I began with a video attachment that is 4 mins long. A second one was 2 mins long. The rest were just normal emails with no attachments. No error message except saying that the mail can't be sent on the server.
