How can I save sms history while changing iPhone4s to iPhone5? There is changing micro-card to nano-sim card and GSM operator says that sms history won't be saved even with synchronization.

Your operator has no idea what they're talking about. iPhone stores no data on a sim card. Follow the directions here to restore your data to your new iPhone:

Thanks for the answer. I know that there will be restorage of my data through iCloud. But as I've seen in my iPhone 4S, there are no sms storage in the list in iCloud. It seems that iCloud saves a lot of data, except sms. Is it right or is there any other solution to save it?

Follow the directions in the support article I provided you a link for. SMS's are included in the iPhone backup, & restoring that backup to your new phone will restore your SMS history to your new phone.
