does mac mini have lithium ion battery

I live over seas and I bought a new mac mini online, they are not available here. I am having it shipped to my sister who will then ship it to me. With the law stating that lithium ion batteries cannot me sent in air mail, will this effect the mac mini? I tried searching online for an answer but couldn't get an exact answer.
