iTunes account

Hi all, I have recently found out my iTunes account won't work, I sign in finely everything is fine. except when I try to buy something, even if it is free it asks me for payment information on how to buy it.


Help much appreciated,

Your account needs to have a valid payment method in place before you can purchase or download anything from the Apple Store. If you have set up the account in the last 48 hours or less, you might still be able to change the payment type to None.


Otherwise, you'll need to add a valid payment method such as an iTunes Gift Card, or Debit/Credit card to the account.
