Retina shows black screen on wake up?

When I put my rMBP to sleep and wake it up again it just shows a black screen. The mouse pointer is visible for a moment, but vanishes quickly.

I didn't change anything system-related in the last 7 days, last thing was the installation of this EFI graphics update.

(well, come to think of it, I installed the tool 'gfxCardStatus')

Any ideas?
