mail 4.5 doesn't open

after Security Update 2012-004 Mail doesn't open anymore.
Need help instantly!!!

Use Software Update to update your Mail to 4.6, repair permissions and restart your computer.
You must not move standard Applications from their default Applications folder, otherwise when software updates are applied those moved applications are not updated
