Winebottler assistance

Hi all. I hope this is the proper place for this question, but I was wondering if anyone has experience using Winebottler? I've used it a lot, but I am experiencing a problem that is preventing me from installing a .exe application properly. The program I am downloading is called DivaGIS; I have followed the instructions on their website, leading up to successful installation. Where I am getting hung up, however, is when Winebottler asks me to select a Startfile. There is a drop down with only three selections, which are Internet Explorer, WineFile, and some Windows data thing. What I need is diva.exe, and I don't know how to browse for it as I only seem limited to selections in the drop down. Because of this, I can't run the program.
