changing graphic on toc page, changing graphic on toc page

I added a graphic to the placeholder on the TOC page. Fine. Then I decided to replace it, and found that "cut, copy and paste" were all grayed out when I selected that image. Delete key, and CMD DELETE didn't work either.

Does someone know what box I negelected to make the graphic on this page editable?
