Editing 3D in Final Cut Pro from Doremi

Hello. I am trying to take 3D content from a medical arthroscopic camera and edit it together with 2D footage from an external camera. The glasses and monitor sold by the medical company make viewing 2D and 3D fine, so it is OK for the video to alteranate between 2D and 3D.

The Doremi V1HD contains the 3D footage. When I import it to my computer, I find that the format is 3D 1080 60i and the codec is 3D 4.2.2. JPEG2000 100Mbit/s 8 bit. Any ideas on if there a way to import this into Final Cut Pro 7.0.3 for editing with my 1080i 2D footage from another camera? Is there a plugin that will allow me to do this? And then, I'll need to upload the final video back to the Doremi in the same format.
