Q: Find My Friends

My kids and I share an Apple ID.  Is there a way we can all use Find My Friends?  If not possible with one ID, is there a work around?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.1

Each user needs to be set up with their own user ID. One ID can still be used to sync iTunes and App store purchases but set Settings/iCloud on each device to it's own user ID. iCloud, Messages, FaceTime and other iCloud features will work much better.

Thanks for your response.  I was hoping that was the answer, but can't seem to find any information on-line on how to do that.  Can you direct me?

    Thanks!

Create another Apple ID in the iTunes Store. Open Settings/iCloud on the device you wish to change and tap delete account.  This only deletes the iCloud from your device.  It will give the option to save iCloud Contacts and Calendar on the iPhone.  You can then login to iCloud using the other account.

If you wish to change the account used for the stores open Settings/iTunes and App Stores tapping on the Apple ID at the top then log out. Log in using the new ID.
