UK iPhone 3Gs from 3 not working with Qatar's Qtel network

I have paid 3 to unlock it. However, before this I think iTunes reset the phone and now it says it needs to be activated. I cannot do this as iTunes says the carrier is unsupported. Can anyone help please?

Vodafone is the only Apple supported carrier in Quatar
