Nov 13, 2012 11:43 AM in response to 808supby KiltedTim,You turned it on outside of te schedule. The on off switch on the first screen of Settings does not enable and disable the schedule. It manually turns it on and off. If you have it turned on, nothing will come through. That's the way it's supposed to work.
The schedule is controlled under Settings>Notifications>Do Not Disturb.

Nov 13, 2012 1:50 PM in response to 808supby KiltedTim,You do not have to manually turn it on or off if you have a schedule set unless you want to. The schedule will automatically enable and disable it during the hours you specify. If you want to take a nap in the afternoon and want to turn it on manually, you can do so without messing with the schedule. Likewise, if you want to turn DND off in the middle of the night because you're up watching TV or something and don't care if your friends text you, you're free to do that.
