Neither my iMac nor my iphone are able to discover the Samsung WEP870. Battery charge is good. unit switched on. top button depressed for three seconds waiting for tone. The Samsung worked fine with the Blackberry. Any help out there?

Read the User guide for your Samsung device and make sure it's in pairing mode.
Thank you, for the comment. I do not have the user guide. There is an on/off slide switch , and rocker switch with 2 dots on top and 1 dot on the bottom. A rectangle indicator on top. No clue about when it might be in pairing mode, or how to get there. Attempts to down load U. G. Failed. Any info appreciated.
This is not an Apple issue, but rather an issue with you trying to figure out how to put your device in pairing mode. Go to Samsungs techical support forums, where your issue is more appropriate.

It should be in the best interest of the Apple community to assist users of apple products in getting the best possible value out of the products. That would include the use of compatible OEM devices. I have been seeking information from other sources. If that had been helpful I wouldn't be here. My hope was that some kind person would have had a similar experience and would know the answer to my questions. If there is no one out there that can answer the questions, that will not surprise me.
