A vertical bandappear in display, damaging my video in right side

Somebody tell me what is this problem ? Some fix ? Hardware or Software ? Exist a reset command ??

I reset the SMC (turned off the battery without power cable and pressed the power button for 5 seconds). When I started the vertical bar was gone. Five minutes later she returned. I returned to perform the procedure and also ran the reset NVRAM / PRAM with command + option + P + R

So far this functioning normally, without the vertical bar.
