Wrong calendar week number for Russia

There is a rule GOST 7.64-90 in Russia for calendar weeks numbers. #1 gets the week with first Thursday (as in Austia and Germany for example). Current version of iCal shows 2012 wrong week numbers (+1 to the right one). Please fix it, because its confusing.
