My facetime and messages wont work anyone have answers?

On my iPod touch 4th generation my facetime wont work because when I go on the app and try to sign in it goes to the virifying page then back to where you sig in same with messages and everything is on and the internet is working and my email and pass is correct can anyone hekp please?

I have the same problem except my iMessage does work ( in the beginning it didn't ). My ID is correct and my FaceTime still won't work. A notification comes up saying an error occurred please try again. Can anyone help?
