Computer doesn't recognize my iphone

I recently got a new pc and when I plug my iphone 4 in itunes doesn't recognize my iphone. I have uninstalled itunes from the old pc and deauthorized itunes from all pcs on my account. I then authorized the new pc on itunes but it still doesn't see the iphone. Itunes and the iphone are all up to date as well. I am using windows 7 and I am stuck at this point.
