so Ive decided to update my phone to the latest ios and now my 3g dose not come up at all so I therefore cannot connect to the internet I have reset the phone a number of times and nothing is changing !!!
Anyone solved this problem yet
Im sure this new network EE is not very good since having it its made my service worse !!

yeah ive tried resetting it as i said in my message below the 3G has randomly come up after 2 hrs now but i will call them tomorrow thanks for your help
I wasn't sure what you meant by resetting phone number.
But you've tried holding down the home/power button together until you see the apple log and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up?
yep tried that too its come back now though but it dissapears fter a while ill call them in the morning thanks for your help though
