Airport Express to a bridge

I need to extend my signal to a new receiver that requires wired ethernet connection. Some vendors has a Bridge which would allow me to broadcast the signal from the router on my second floor to a first floor location and then wire the Bridge directly to the reciver. How can I do that if I buy a new Apple router? Thanks

The 802.11n AirPort Express Base Stations (AXn), both 1st and 2nd generation models support what Apple calls a ProxySTA mode. This is the same thing as a wireless Ethernet Bridge.

To activate ProxySTA, you must set up the Express to join a wireless network and then enable the Allow Ethernet Clients setting; both settings are located in the Wireless tab of AirPort Utility. The feature should work with any wireless network: a, b, g, or n; and 5GHz or 2.4GHz.
