I'm having a spyware problem on my iPhone 4S and I don't have a computer I'm trying to reinstall the iOS on the phone but having trouble so my question is if its possible to do that over the air

It's impossible to have spyware or viruses on yoru phone not unless your phone is jailbroken.
Why do you think you have a spyware problem?
I never jailbroken my iPhone myself but I checked this one app that scanned my phone it says part of a jailbroken iPhone has installed open ssh and remained the default password it also says that it can view my information then I checked " process " which shows absinthe 94 I looked that up its some jailbroken material not to mention that sometimes I'm doing stuff and out of nowhere my phone stops
