My ipods home button is stuck and so is my lock button. How can i send my ipod into apple to get it fixed?

My ipods home button has been stuck for a while now and ive been waiting to get it fixed. Just the other day my lock/power button got stuck and i need to find a way to send my ipod into apple to get it repaired but i dont want to have to call apple or drive to an apple store. How can i send in my ipod to get it fixed and how can i contact apple? I really want my ipod fixed... 😐

Also my whole family owns apple ipods and iphones and all our chargers have broke and seem defective. We have done nothing bad to them and they look like theyre in perfect condition but when you go to use them it doesnt work. Its happened to everyone in my family, all 4 of our charges. What do i do about this?

Try:

fix for Home button

Fix a broken, unresponsive or sticky iPhone Home Button

- If you have iOS 5 and later you can turn on Assistive Touch it add the Home and other buttons to the iPods screen. Settings>General>Accessibility>Assistive Touch

- If not under warranty Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for:

Apple - Support - iPod - Repair pricing

You can make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store for the exchange

or sent it to APple. See:

- There are third-party places like the following that will repair the Home button. Google for more.
