I am trying to setup my credit card info so I can buy an app but they are telling me to contact iTunes Store for help

I am trying to create account and I put my credit card info but they we telling me to contact iTunes Store for help , I really need to buy apps . Can you help me create the account .

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1

You should do exactly what it told you to do and contact itunes support.

We are all itunes users just like you.

Click Support at the top of this page, then click the link under Contact Apple Support
