An Intel mac (Core Solo is Intel) with 1GB or more of memory and disk space to install Snow Leopard can run it. It's available from the online Apple store, which in the US is at 800-MY-APPLE for $20.

It will run 10.6.8 but not 10.7 or newer. The requirements for 10.6.8 are basically the same as those for 10.6.3; the only difference is that some Mac models will run 10.6.8 but not 10.6.3.
