what is the best photo shop app. I can get that is affordable . Need to do posters different effects, phonts, and for wed design, do i still need to get .FX Photo studio/pro.,Snaphead,Colorstrokes,Image effects are these app. in photo shop or do I sill need to buy separately. Or does it come with photo shop.
