I received a voicemail and a red circle showed up on my phone icon. I went to my voicemail, listened to the msg and deleted it, but the red dot is still there. anyone having the same problem?

This is the most frustrating and annoying thing about the iPhone 6! Sometimes I just end up pressing the number on "recents" to get rid of that red circle with the number in it. Just now, I received a voice mail. I listened to the voice mail but red circle is still there! I tap on the "voice mail" icon that appears to show a reel to reel tape icon and nothing happens. Now, that I am writing this, I looked down at my iPhone and a written voicemail comes up. I try to delete it because I've already listened to it but it does not go away! This whole process is taking way too much time! I like the "written voice mail feature" but there seems to be an unusually long delay before anything happens!

hello! since i had the last apple update this has come up on my iphone 4 😟

the red circle on phone and voicemail icons!

i just dont know how to get rid of it and any help would be most appreicated 😕

Try holding the power and home buttons till the silver apple shows up on the screen about 20 to 25 sec.

always something happens after an iphone update!

try settings>notifications>phone turn them all off. reset then back on

To get rid of the red dot go to setting< notification

Scroll down to phone and turn of badge app icon

Hey guys. Just reset the statistics of cellular amd the red icon will go.

And I want to go to voicemail... I selected but it didnt work... I can open it!!!!
